Panel AUR 100.4

The “workhorse” of any panel corral: straightforward geometry, commonly available steel, easy welding. The design uses 50×50×2 uprights, 40×40×2 horizontals, 6 mm reinforcing plates and 50×50 caps. The drawings include assembly dimensions and fabrication notes (including the requirement: “weld seams between tubes — run the weld all the way around”).

Key dimensions (from the “Assembly Dimensions” sheet)

• Outer frame length: 3000 mm; clear span: 2910 mm.
• Panel height: ~1656 mm (50×50×2 uprights, 1650 mm long).
• Pitch between horizontals: 250 mm × 5 intervals (the working grid).
• Ground clearance: 160 mm (for drainage and cleaning).

The panel is designed to be welded with a standard welder — no exotic tricks, just clean fit-up, full-circumference welds, and basic discipline.
