AUR 111.4 Gate 2.5/3.0

A classic hinged gate for entry and sorting in panel cattle corrals. The design is made for on-farm fabrication in a workshop: standard square steel tubing, straightforward welding, clear joints and proven details (including a chain latch with bracket).

What you receive after purchase (PDF, 19 sheets):

• AUR 111.4 bill of materials (BOM): 50×50×2 and 40×40×2 square tube, Ø48×4 pipe, 60×5 tubing, 6/8 mm plate, D6 DIN766 chain, caps and more — with lengths and quantities.
• Assembly dimensions and joints: frame, leaf, cutting layout, weld callouts (“weld seam around the full circumference”), fabrication notes.
• Assemblies A-1 and A-2, part drawings C-01…C-06 and 2C-01…2C-07.

Key dimensions (per drawing):

• Opening width (leaf): 2500 mm
• Frame width: 3000 mm
• Height: ~2140 mm
• Welding/notching notes: a non-notched option is allowed, butting against 40×40 with a full-circumference weld; “do not weld” points are marked.

The AUR 650 bracket is used with the chain latch (see “Related” below).
