{"id":636,"date":"2026-04-14T17:59:24","date_gmt":"2026-04-14T14:59:24","guid":{"rendered":""},"modified":"2026-04-14T17:59:24","modified_gmt":"2026-04-14T14:59:24","slug":"oferta","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cattle.expert\/en\/oferta\/","title":{"rendered":"Public Offer Agreement"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>Public Offer Agreement<\/h1>\n<p><em>Effective 6 April 2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p>This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter the &#8220;Offer&#8221;) is addressed to an unlimited number of persons and constitutes the Seller&#8217;s official proposal to enter into a distance sale contract for goods on the terms set out below (Article 437, Civil Code of the Russian Federation).<\/p>\n<h2>1. Definitions<\/h2>\n<p>The following terms are used in this Offer:<\/p>\n<table style=\"width:100%;border-collapse:collapse;font-size:15px;line-height:1.6;margin-bottom:20px\">\n<tr style=\"border-bottom:1px solid #eee\">\n<td style=\"padding:10px 16px;font-weight:600;color:#555;width:180px;vertical-align:top\">Seller<\/td>\n<td style=\"padding:10px 16px\">CATTLE EXPERT LLC (<a href=\"\/en\/requisites\/\">company details<\/a>), a manufacturer and supplier of livestock handling equipment.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"border-bottom:1px solid #eee;background:#fafaf8\">\n<td style=\"padding:10px 16px;font-weight:600;color:#555;vertical-align:top\">Buyer<\/td>\n<td style=\"padding:10px 16px\">A legally capable individual, sole proprietor or legal entity that has accepted this Offer.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"border-bottom:1px solid #eee\">\n<td style=\"padding:10px 16px;font-weight:600;color:#555;vertical-align:top\">Website<\/td>\n<td style=\"padding:10px 16px\">The internet resource located at <a href=\"https:\/\/cattle.expert\">cattle.expert<\/a>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"border-bottom:1px solid #eee;background:#fafaf8\">\n<td style=\"padding:10px 16px;font-weight:600;color:#555;vertical-align:top\">Goods<\/td>\n<td style=\"padding:10px 16px\">Equipment, components, accessories and other products listed on the Website.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"border-bottom:1px solid #eee\">\n<td style=\"padding:10px 16px;font-weight:600;color:#555;vertical-align:top\">Order<\/td>\n<td style=\"padding:10px 16px\">A purchase request placed by the Buyer.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"border-bottom:1px solid #eee;background:#fafaf8\">\n<td style=\"padding:10px 16px;font-weight:600;color:#555;vertical-align:top\">Configurator<\/td>\n<td style=\"padding:10px 16px\">An interactive tool on the Website for selecting and configuring Goods.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr style=\"border-bottom:1px solid #eee\">\n<td style=\"padding:10px 16px;font-weight:600;color:#555;vertical-align:top\">Acceptance<\/td>\n<td style=\"padding:10px 16px\">Full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Offer by the Buyer.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<h2>2. Subject of the Offer<\/h2>\n<p>2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the Goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods in accordance with this Offer.<\/p>\n<p>2.2. The name, quantity, configuration and price of the Goods are determined on the basis of information published on the Website or agreed upon by the Parties when placing the Order, including through the Configurator.<\/p>\n<p>2.3. Product images on the Website may differ from the actual appearance. The Seller reserves the right to modify the design and configuration of the Goods without prior notice, provided such modifications do not diminish the consumer properties of the Goods.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Acceptance of the Offer<\/h2>\n<p>3.1. Acceptance of this Offer is effected by the Buyer performing any of the following actions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>placing an Order on the Website;<\/li>\n<li>registering an account on the Website;<\/li>\n<li>making a payment for the Goods by any method;<\/li>\n<li>submitting a request by e-mail, telephone or through contact forms on the Website;<\/li>\n<li>using the Configurator followed by placing an Order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.2. Acceptance of the Offer signifies that the Buyer has read and agrees to all terms of this Offer, the <a href=\"\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> and the <a href=\"\/en\/terms\/\">Terms of Use<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>3.3. The contract is deemed concluded from the moment of Acceptance and remains in force until all obligations have been fully performed by both Parties.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Price and Payment<\/h2>\n<p>4.1. Goods prices are stated on the Website in Russian roubles and include VAT where applicable.<\/p>\n<p>4.2. The Seller may unilaterally change prices. The price in effect at the time the Order is placed is fixed and shall not be changed for that paid Order.<\/p>\n<p>4.3. Payment is made by bank transfer, bank card via the Website&#8217;s payment gateway, or another method agreed by the Parties.<\/p>\n<p>4.4. For Goods manufactured to individual specification or configured through the Configurator, the Seller may require an advance payment of up to 100% of the Order value. The advance amount is stated at checkout.<\/p>\n<p>4.5. An Order is confirmed upon receipt of payment (or advance payment) by the Seller. The Seller has no obligation to manufacture or deliver the Goods until the Order is confirmed.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Manufacturing and Lead Times<\/h2>\n<p>5.1. Goods listed on the Website may be manufactured in series or to individual order. Manufacturing lead times are communicated to the Buyer upon Order confirmation.<\/p>\n<p>5.2. Standard manufacturing lead time is 14 to 30 business days. For non-standard configurations the lead time may be extended, with the Buyer notified accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>5.3. The Seller may extend the manufacturing period due to circumstances beyond the Seller&#8217;s control (material shortages, production capacity), with the Buyer notified accordingly.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>6.1. Goods are delivered by freight carriers or the Seller&#8217;s own transport on terms agreed at the time of ordering.<\/p>\n<p>6.2. Delivery costs are not included in the Goods price and are calculated separately based on the dimensions, weight and delivery address.<\/p>\n<p>6.3. For oversize equipment (over 100 kg) delivery costs and timescales are calculated individually.<\/p>\n<p>6.4. The risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer upon handover to the carrier or to the Buyer, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n<p>6.5. The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon receipt. Claims for external damage sustained in transit are accepted only if a damage report is drawn up in the presence of the carrier&#8217;s representative at the time of receipt.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Warranty<\/h2>\n<p>7.1. The Seller provides a warranty on Goods of its own manufacture in accordance with the terms stated in the product data sheet and\/or on the Website.<\/p>\n<p>7.2. The warranty does not cover:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>damage caused by failure to follow operating, installation or storage instructions;<\/li>\n<li>normal wear of parts;<\/li>\n<li>damage caused by third parties or force majeure;<\/li>\n<li>unauthorised modification or repair of the Goods by the Buyer or third parties without the Seller&#8217;s consent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8. Returns and Exchanges<\/h2>\n<p>8.1. The Buyer may return Goods of satisfactory quality within 7 (seven) days of receipt, provided the Goods retain their original appearance and consumer properties and the Buyer has proof of purchase (Article 26.1, RF Consumer Protection Law).<\/p>\n<p>8.2. Goods manufactured to individual order (including through the Configurator) are not subject to return or exchange, except where significant defects are discovered.<\/p>\n<p>8.3. Refunds are made less actual delivery costs incurred by the Seller.<\/p>\n<p>8.4. To return defective Goods the Buyer sends a claim to the Seller&#8217;s e-mail address (listed on the <a href=\"\/en\/requisites\/\">Company Details<\/a> page), describing the defects with photographs.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Liability<\/h2>\n<p>9.1. The Seller is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the Goods.<\/p>\n<p>9.2. The Seller&#8217;s total liability under the contract is limited to the price paid for the Goods.<\/p>\n<p>9.3. The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or other circumstances beyond the Seller&#8217;s control.<\/p>\n<p>9.4. The Seller is not liable for the content or operation of third-party websites linked from the Website.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Force Majeure<\/h2>\n<p>10.1. The Parties are released from liability for non-performance if caused by force majeure: natural disasters, military action, epidemics, strikes, government decisions, power outages, and other unforeseeable or unpreventable events.<\/p>\n<p>10.2. The affected Party must notify the other Party within 10 (ten) business days.<\/p>\n<p>10.3. If force majeure persists for more than 90 (ninety) calendar days, either Party may terminate the contract unilaterally.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n<p>11.1. All Website materials (texts, images, design, code, trademarks) are the intellectual property of the Seller and are protected by the laws of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n<p>11.2. Use of Website materials without the Seller&#8217;s written consent is prohibited.<\/p>\n<h2>12. Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n<p>12.1. All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. A mandatory pre-trial procedure applies: a written claim must be sent to the Seller&#8217;s e-mail address (listed on the <a href=\"\/en\/requisites\/\">Company Details<\/a> page). The claim review period is 30 (thirty) calendar days.<\/p>\n<p>12.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the court at the Seller&#8217;s registered address in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n<h2>13. Final Provisions<\/h2>\n<p>13.1. This Offer is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n<p>13.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Offer unilaterally. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Website. Continued use of the Website and placement of Orders after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated version.<\/p>\n<p>13.3. If any provision of this Offer is held invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.<\/p>\n<p>13.4.
